Jeffrey Bechtel

Jeffrey J. Bechtel, 65, of Stone Creek, died Saturday, June 8, 2019, in Union Hospital at Dover.

Born in Coshocton, he was the son of the late Delmer and Susan Randles Bechtel and was a graduate of River View High School at Warsaw. Jeffrey was a veteran having served with the United States Marine Corps and was retired from the Shaw-Barton Company in Coshocton.

Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth A. (Miller) Bechtel, whom he married June 28, 1981; a sister, Joyce Deckrosh of Dennison and several nieces and nephews. A brother is deceased.

In keeping with his wishes, Jeffrey is to be cremated through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory and burial is to be in Western Reserve National Cemetery at Rittman. The family will conduct a celebration of life service at a later date.
