Jeanne Iannelli

Jeanne Iannelli, 86, of New Philadelphia, passed away Thursday, September 08, 2016 in Union Hospital at Dover, Ohio.

A daughter of the late Clyde and Ethel (McCartney) Stewart, Jeanne was born October 9, 1929 in Union Hospital at Dover, Ohio.

Jeanne was an independent woman who loved dancing and spending time with her family.  Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her late daughter Toni, and her grandchildren who knew her as “Mummo.”  She was also known for keeping a meticulous house and her daily shopping trips.

She is survived by her three grandchildren, Ricky (Erin) Neff, Kristina (Matthew) Schleicher and Marcella (Christopher) Amaturo; five great- grandchildren, Lainey, Emily, Ava and Reagan Neff, and Crosby Schleicher and her son-in-law Fred Neff.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Antoinette “Toni” Neff and her former husband, Agostino John Iannelli.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 9 to 9:45am in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jeff Coning presiding.  Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia.
