Irene Elizabeth Meister

Irene Elizabeth Meister, 87, of Dover, died early Friday morning, August 24, 2007 in Country Club Retirement Campus at Dover.A daughter of the late Laszlo and Elizabeth (Wassie) Vass, Irene was born October 23, 1919 at Yorkville, Ohio.She was a graduate of Tiltonsville High School and years ago, she was employed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base at Dayton as a civilian employee. Prior to moving to the Dover area, Irene resided for 42 years in her beloved city of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is survived by her a sister, Helen Reichert of Dover, Ohio; a nephew, Dave (Debbie) Reichert of Strasburg, Ohio and a niece, Adrienne Gawlak of Canton, Ohio.In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services and she will be laid to rest along side her loving husband, Christian Meister, in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Boulder City, Nevada.Those wishing to do so may send the family a personal condolence and view an online memorial by visiting the funeral home website.Linn-Hert-Geib330-343-5506www.geibfuneral.com
