Howard R. Rennicker

Howard R Rennicker, 64, of New Philadelphia died Friday March 10th at Union Hospital following a brief illness.A son of the late Ernest and Vesta (McCartney) Rennicker, Howard was born July 20, 1941 in New Cumberland Ohio. He married Cheryl Butts March 31, 1962 in Otterbein Methodist Church at New Philadelphia. Howard was employed by Cable Manufacturers at New Phila for the past 14 years as a machine tech and had previously worked for the former Endres Floral Company at New Phila for 32 years. He was a member of the New Phila V.F.W. and New Phila Eagles.In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Denise (Chuck) Ankrom of New Phila; two sons, Jason Rennicker of Dover, O. Jon (Sheila) Rennicker of Alabama; four sisters, Mildred (Raymond) Butts of New Phila, O, Marylou (Bob) Wallace of New Phila, O. Carolyn (Carl) Sinsel of Sherrodsville, O, and Edna (Raymond) Emery of Dover, O. eight Grandchildren, Shane McNutt of Rosswell, Corey (Amy) McNutt of New Phila. O; Keerstin Rennicker and Charles Ankrom of New Phila, O; Dalton Rennicker of Dover, O. Jessica (Chris) Adamson, Alabama, Catlin Rennicker and Ashley (Jerry) White of Alabama. Five Great-grandchildren, Savannah Rennicker, Alexandria Adamson, Crimson Adamson, Summer Adamson and Jorden Adamson all of Alabama. Three brothers, Joe (Pam) Rennicker of New Philadelphia, O. Gary (Mary) Rennicker of Dover, O. and Burt Allen (Carol) Rennicker of Sherrodsville, Ohio. Howard’s beloved pets are, Oreo, Ace, and Gypsie.In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers, Dwight (Nancy) Rennicker, Ernest Wayne (Carol) Rennicker, Albert Rennicker and two sisters, Beverly (Bob) Angel and Shirley Rennicker.There will be no visitation. Services will be Tuesday March 14 at 6 pm for family and friends in the Christian Lighthouse 335 Union Ave New Phila.
