Helen R. Yost, age 94, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 10, 2013.
She was born on January 21, 1919 to the late William and Elsie (nee Grubb) Hummel in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Helen is survived by her cherished sister Irene Theobold; loving sons Larry (JoAnn), Glenn (Bonnie), and Donald (Vi) Yost; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a multitude of “adopted” grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Roland, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and one great-grandson.
Family will receive friends on Friday, July 12, 2013 from 12-1pm in Brunswick United Methodist Church, 1395 Pearl Road, Brunswick 44212 with a service to follow at 1 PM.
An additional visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 10-11 AM in the Geib Funeral Center (5600 North Wooster Avenue, Dover 44622) with services to follow at 11 AM.
Burial will follow in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens (1926 Saltwell Road NW, Dover 44622) with a reception to follow in the Geib Funeral Center.
