Harold Lee Pyle, 74, of Dover, died Tuesday, November 04, 2014 in Country Club Retirement Campus at Dover following a lengthy illness.
A son of the late Harold and Anna (Indorf) Pyle, Harold was born November 10, 1939 at Canton, Ohio.
Harold had a passion for cars and was formerly employed at Harry Humphries Auto City and Ferris Chevrolet. He also enjoyed working on cars in his spare time.
He is survived by his children, Pam DeRush of New Philadelphia, Harold M. Pyle of South Carolina, Teresa (Jerry) McCoun of Ragersville, Michael (Jeanie) Pyle of Uhrichsville, Kelly (Daniel) Pye of South Carolina, Tina (Rusty) Mazzoleni of Bowerston and Ryan Murphy of North Canton; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his siblings, Ralph (Marsha) Pyle of Canton, David Pyle of North Canton, Pershing (Mary) Pyle of Canton, James Pyle of South Carolina and Mary Ann Davlin of South Carolina and his former spouse and friend, Nancy (Robert) Trachsel of New Philadelphia.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Cecilia Pyle and a grandson, Coty Stahl.
In keeping with Harold’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services and cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
