Grant Richard Hagloch

March 2, 1942 — June 2, 2005

Grant Richard Hagloch, 63, died peacefully in his sleep on June 2, 2005. A devoted friend, son, brother, husband, father and grandfather, he will be missed by sons, Charles (Tammy) and Thomas (Jennifer), both of New Philadelphia; grandsons, Corey, Codey and Andrew; brothers, Gregor (Gloria), of Canton and Joseph (Susan), of Dover; father, Henry I. Hagloch of Dover; and mother, Mary E. Hagloch, recently deceased.Grant’s wife, Dale Lynn Ferren predeceased him in 1989. After having graduated from Dover High in 1960, he began his working career with Marsh Lumber, moved on to licensure as a Master Barber, and finished his working days at Shenango. Grant enjoyed fishing, gardening, the occasional round of golf, and especially, time spent with his children and grandchildren. Special considerations are due his longtime friend, Patty Pace. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Geib Funeral Center at 5600 North Wooster Ave. in Dover. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at Dover Burial Park with Pastor Dave Blevins from the Grace Brethren Church in New Philadelphia officiating. Memorial donations in Grant’s memory may be made to the Stone Creek Volunteer Fire Dept., 128 Ash Alley Stone Creek, OH 43840
