Geraldine L. Graff

Geraldine L. Graff, 91, of Park Village Health Care Center in Dover, formerly of New Philadelphia, died peacefully Wednesday evening.Born July 1, 1911, in Amity, Knox County, O. she was a daughter of the late Earl L. Lea and Daisy D. Edgar Lea. Mrs. Graff was a homemaker and a talented musician. She was a member of the Broadway United Methodist Church, and formerly served as a church organist in Marengo IL, playing for weddings, funerals and other church events. On April 29, 1933, she married Howard F. Graff who preceded her in death on March 30, 2002. Mrs. Graff had recently told her family that she planned to spend this Easter with Howard. Survivors include a daughter, Carol (John) Freimark of Frederick, CO, and a son David Graff of Los Gatos, CA. as well as sisters Margaret Stofer, of Bloomington MN, and Evelyn Taylor of Navarre, O, as well as seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, a son, James H. Graff, and three sisters precede her in death.There are no calling hours or public services scheduled. Cremation will take place locally through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory.
