Esther E Regula

Esther E. Regula, 97, a resident of Coshocton Extended Care, passed away Saturday October 18, 2003 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. Born in Coshocton County to the late George and Katie (Deich) Eberwine, Esther was a 1930 graduate of Cleveland Bible College (now Malone College) and a long time member of Fiat St. Peters United Church of Christ where she had been a Sunday School Teacher and member of the women’s guild.Esther was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Regula who passed away January 17, 1988, 1 sister and 2 brothers. She is survived by 5 daughters; Kathryn (James) Pollock of Beavercreek, Mary (Keith) Barrick of Coshocton, Eunice (Delmar) Finton of Coshocton, Joy (Gerald) Hothem of Fresno, Elizabeth (Paul) Arbogast of Canton, 2 sons; George (Penny) Regula of Fresno and Gustav (Kathy) Regula of Fresno. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.Friends may call at the Smith-Geib Funeral Home, 321 N. Butler St., Baltic on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM and one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 22, 2003 at 1:00 PM at Fiat St. Peters United Church of Christ with Rev. Greg Clay and Rev. Welton Stein officiating. Burial will take place at Fiat Cemetery.
