Emma Osborne

Emma M. Osborne, age 94, of New Philadelphia and formerly of Lorain died peacefully in Amberwood Manor on Thursday, May 7, 2009.A daughter of the late Jasper P. and Myrtle (Ford) Haynes, Emma was born at Hartford, Tennessee on February 9, 1915.She was a former member of Fellowship Baptist Church at Lorain and retired from Lorain Products Corporation. Emma found great joy in cooking and quilting.She is survived by a son, Lloyd (Marcia) Stuart of Dover, Ohio; grandchildren, Marcia (Chris) Ceplecha of Ft. Worth, Texas, Mike (Alice) Stuart of Galveston, Texas, Lauren Stuart of Port Isabel, Texas, Eric Stuart and Mark Stuart both of New Brunsfels, Texas, and Ethan Stuart of Dover, Ohio; as well as great-grandchildren, Max, Michael, Nicholas, and Amanda Stuart.In addition to her parents, Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Simon Osborne and a brother, James Haynes.Private services will be held with burial to follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park at Amherst, Ohio.
