Elizabeth “Betsy” Ann Goodman

Elizabeth (Betsy) Ann Goodman passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2022.

Betsy was born in Amherst, OH on September 19, 1971, to John and Rosalie Goodman. Betsy attended and graduated from Strasburg High School.

Most of her life she was a resident of Tuscarawas County. Although small in stature, Betsy had a big, energetic personality and was a very independent woman. She was a fiercely dedicated and supportive mother to her three children whom she loved dearly. She could always be found supporting them in their many pursuits and endeavors, where she cheered for and encouraged them passionately.

Betsy was a reliable friend, a great cook, and a lover of all animals.

Betsy was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Ann Goodman and her father, John Goodman.

She leaves behind her mother, Rosalie Goodman of Dover, and her sons, Justin Justice of New Philadelphia and Zachary Goodman of Dover. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Audrey, Ava and Luca, and by her brother, Mike (Patty) Goodman of (Lithia) Florida, along with two nieces and a nephew.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on September 24, 2022 at Grace Bible Fellowship Church, 310 Main Street, Dover. Interment will follow at the Dover Burial Park, 5651 N Wooster Ave, Dover.
