Eleanor Pauline Lint, 94, of New Philadelphia, died Monday, November 7, 2005 at Country Club Retirement Campus in Dover.A daughter of the late Charles and Jessie Marie (Ryerson) Kellogg, Eleanor was born November 2, 1911 in Westpark, Ohio.She was a 1928 graduate of Norwalk High School in Norwalk, Ohio. Eleanor was formerly employed as a secretary of the legal office of Clair Hoffman and Joseph Tripodi.Eleanor was a life long member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in New Philadelphia where she also was a Sunday school teacher. She was a member of the Suit’s-Us Bridge Club and was active in the New Philadelphia High School Marching Band Mothers’. She was also a Boy Scout Den Mother of Pack #82.She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy (Robert) Inzer of Frederick, Maryland; two sons, David C. (Marcella) Lint of Grand Ledge, Michigan and Gary (Ruth Ann) Lint of Newark, Ohio; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Adrian C. Lint who died March 6, 1999 and one step brother, Jack Kellogg.Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2005 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. A funeral service celebrating Eleanor’s life will be held Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Chapel with Pastor Michael Walters officiating. Burial will follow in East Avenue Cemetery in New Philadelphia. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4815 Munson Street NW, Canton, OH 44718.
