Edward Alvin Grzechowiak

Edward Alvin Grzechowiak, infant son of Harald and Sheena Grzechowiak, died Sunday July 31, 2005 at Union Hospital.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Criiztopher Robert Grzechowiak of the home; grandparents, Phil Stephens and Rhonda Whitman of New Philadelphia, Cheryl Stephens and Vinh Nyugen of Camarillo California, and Vera M Grzechowiak of Germany; great-grandparents, Warren (Frances) Stephens and Norma Murphy all of Amarillo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Alvin Grzechowiak and great-grandfather, Robert Murphy.

Services will be private. Memorial contributions in honor of Edward may be sent to Sudden Infant Death Network of Ohio, 421 Graham Rd. Ste. H, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
