Dorthy Mills

Dorthy Mills, 95, of New Philadelphia passed away Thursday, November 02, 2017 in Park Village Southside at New Philadephia.

A daughter of the late Albert and Hazel (Rosenlieb) Shai, Dorthy was born December 4, 1921.

Dorthy is survived by her nephew, Jerry Ryan and close friends Betty McCrea, Ann Keller, and JoAnn Lindimore.

Dorthy worked at Dover Molded Products Company for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of New Philadelphia and the Red Hat Society. Her biggest joy in life was her family, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, Dorthy is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Mills; her son, Donald Mills, and her brother, Edward Shai.

Visitation will take place Monday, November 6, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:30PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A service will follow in the funeral home’s chapel at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow in Dover Burial Park.
