Dorothy Parr

Dorothy L. Parr, of Dover, Ohio, passed away on December 27, 2014 following a lengthy illness. She was 86 years old.

Born in Dover on May 2, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Lily York of Dover.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Fox; three sons, Russell Jr., Ronald, and Alvin Parr; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Parr; and two daughters.

Visitation will be held in the Geib Funeral Center, 5600 N. Wooster, Ave., Dover on Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Dover Burial Park.
