Donna Eichel

Donna Eichel, 83, of New Philadelphia, died Sunday, March 13, 2005, at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover.A daughter of the late Marshall and Veda (Arnold) Huston, Donna was born December 20, 1921 near Freeport, Ohio.She was a 1939 graduate of New Philadelphia High School. She was formerly employed as a teller at the former Peoples Bank and then also at the former Reeves Bank and Trust Company.Donna is survived by her husband of 63 years, Raymond E. Eichel; one son, Ronald R. (Beverly) Eichel of Monroe, North Carolina; one daughter, Barbara (Dean) Fuerst of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren, Dean Howard (Danelle) Fuerst of Saxonberg, Pennsylvania and Judith Fuerst of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania; one step-granddaughter, Kris (Arch) Allison; one great-grandson, Alex Fuerst; and two step great-grandchildren Jakob and Jessika Allison both of Fargo, North Dakota.She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Helen Martinelli.Visitation will be Wednesday, March 16, 2005 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Mark Behrendt and Rev. Carolyn Behrendt on Thursday, March 17, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Chapel.
