Dolores June Fragasse, 72, of Dover, died Saturday, January 14, 2006 in Union Hospital at Dover.A daughter of the late Douglas and Florence (Harper) Dupler, Dolores was born June 17, 1933 at Dover, Ohio.She was a 1951 graduate of Dover High School and was the head Drum Majorette in the marching band. Dolores, who was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Dover, was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting as well as reading. She was an avid sports fan who especially enjoyed watching her children and then her grandchildren participate in their sports.She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Fragasse, whom she married on November 7, 1953; children, Marla (Kevin) Alexander of Dover, Marianne (Tom) Carpenter of New Philadelphia, Susan LoPresti of Dover, Joseph (Sarah) Fragasse of New Philadelphia, John (Heidi) Fragasse of New Philadelphia and James Fragasse of Zoar and his Fiancé, Laurie Stark; grandchildren, Ian, Maria and Jared Alexander, Michael and Adrian Marsh, William, Enrico, Marko, Louis and Steven LoPresti, Gus, Max, and Gabriel Fragasse; great grandchildren, Michael and Olivia Marsh; sisters, Barbara DeVault of Dover and Juanita (William) Page of Dover; brother, Jerry (Betty) Dupler of Greenville, South Carolina; sister-in-law, Emmajane Dupler of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, David and brother, Kenny Dupler.Visitation will be Tuesday, January 17, 2006 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia with a Christian Wake service being held at 8:15 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Dover with Father Bill Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Dover.The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Dover High School Marching Band Fund or the Orchestra Fund, 520 North Walnut Street, Dover, OH 44622 or St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 613 North Tuscarawas Avenue, Dover, OH 44622.
