Diana Kaye Leeper

Diana Kaye Leeper, 60, of Massillon, formerly of New Philadelphia died peacefully late Thursday evening, August 14, 2003 at Morning View Care Center. Born in Barnhill June 26, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Livia Martinelli Boggiani.Diana was a 1966 graduate of St. Mary’s high school in Dennison, and was a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She loved being around people, and always enjoyed going out to eat, and traveling both domestically and internationally, visiting places as far of as Italy. Diana enjoyed bowling, and was a talented at making ceramic dinnerware, artwork, and Christmas decorations.Survivors include one daughter: Lynnette D. (Mike) Leeper-Longo, and one son Kevin M. Leeper, all of Canton, as well as one sister Mrs. Lloyd “Nancy” Burkhart of New Philadelphia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Patrick H. Leeper in 1969.Friends may call Monday, August 18, 2003 from 5 to 7 PM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home, New Philadelphia. Msgr. George J. Schlegel will lead funeral services immediately following visitation Monday evening at 7PM in the funeral home’s chapel.Local cremation will follow under the care and direction of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory.
