Deloris H. Pritchard

Deloris H. Pritchard, 96, of New Philadelphia died Saturday, December 16, 2006 in Park Village Health Care Center at Dover.A daughter of the late Forest and Nona (Garner) Brown, Deloris was born October 29, 1910, at Piedmont, Ohio.She was a resident of New Philadelphia since 1920 and she attended New Philadelphia Schools. Deloris was a member of First United Methodist Church at New Philadelphia.Deloris is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Connie Pritchard of Bryan, Ohio; two grandchildren, Steven and his wife Kris and Daniel Pritchard; and one sister, Cristina Ridgeway of Orlando, Florida.In addition to her parents, Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, Earl J. Pritchard, who she married August 22, 1929. Earl passed away on June 15, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald Brown.Family and friends may call on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A funeral service celebrating Deloris’ life will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Chapel on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Dr. Rev. Steven Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia.
