David Thomas Jones

David Thomas Jones, 65, of Uhrichsville, died Friday, December 16, 2005 in Aultman Hospital in Canton following a brief illness.A son of Ann (Mravic) Jones Mange and the late Billy Jones, David was born October 2, 1940 in Dover, Ohio.He graduated from Dover High School in 1958 and retired from Chenevey Construction. David enjoyed the company of is dog, Eichmann, who he loved dearly.In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sandy (Waggoner) Jones, whom he married on May 11, 1987; two daughters, Ruth Ann Powell of Dover and Amanda (Jim) Cox of New Philadelphia; two grandchildren, Tyler and Emaly Cox; one brother, William (Sherry) Jones of Dover; one sister-in-law, Janice Waggoner of Uhrichsville and many other extended family members.In keeping with David’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation will take place at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia.Memorial contributions may be made to the David Jones Memorial Fund c/o any First Federal Community Bank location.
