Connie Jo McPherson

Connie Jo McPherson, 58, of New Philadelphia, passed away December 12, 2022 following a period of declining health.

Born in Dover on June 16, 1964, she was the daughter of Roberta Lou (Taylor) Billetter and the late Larry Lee Billetter.

Connie graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 1982 and continued her formal education at Brevard Community College in Florida. Then she completed her education in 2003 at Valdosta State University in Georgia. She worked for several years as an LPN caring for people on dialysis.

She was an active member of Southeast Community Church in St. Mary’s, Georgia, before returning to the local community.

Connie is survived by her mother, Roberta; children, Lonny (Keri) Bernhart of St. Mary’s, GA, Logan (Natalie) Bernhart of Saint Augustine, Florida, and Leif (Lizzy) Bernhart of Kingsland, GA; grandchildren, Heaven Mackenzie, Mason, Gavin, Scarlett and Elliott Bernhart; siblings, Julie Billetter, Tina (Russ) Melgosa, and Richard (Susie) Billetter; step-mother, JoEllen Billetter; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial gathering will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at 116 Second Street NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
