Christopher Dean Byrom, age 39, formerly of Dover died Tuesday, July 10, 2012 in Tucson, Arizona, where he has resided for the past 12 years.
A son of Dean Byrom of Dover, Chris was born at Union Hospital at Dover on November 27, 1972.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church at Dover and a graduate of Dover High School. During high school, Chris was an active member of the band’s percussion section. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed collecting player’s cards as well as a fan of racing and a car enthusiast.
Chris obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and was currently employed by the University of Arizona while preparing to begin his Master’s Degree coursework with the University of Phoenix.
In addition to his father, Chris is survived by his grandmother, Darlene Byrom of Dover; a sister, Tessa Byrom of Columbus and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandfather, Orliage Byrom.
A graveside service will be led by the Reverend Chris Lowery on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at 1:00 PM in the Dover Burial Park.
