Christine M. "Teenie" Raiff

Christine M. “Teenie” Raiff, 75, of New Philadelphia passed away peacefully in Park Village Nursing Home on October 9, 2023 following a period of declining health.

Born December 31, 1947 in Dover, Teenie was the daughter of the late Eugene J. “Libby” and Evelyn “Evey” (May) Libertore.

After graduating from New Philadelphia High School in 1965, she married the love of her life, Thomas Raiff on August 3, 1968. Together, they were blessed with the birth of 3 children and 6 grandchildren, all of whom she adored. Her life was devoted to her family and caring well for each of them.

Teenie will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her family including her husband, Tom; children, Stacie (Ed) Heck and Cathy (Mike) Smith, both of New Philadelphia and Mike (Nicole) Raiff of Pace, Florida; her grandchildren, Gabrielle (David) Lawrence, Jacob Heck, Megan (Caleb) Baker, Isabelle Smith, and Brianna and Thomas Raiff; and her sisters, Pam (Frank) Heil and Jody (Dave) Pearch.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024. Mass will begin at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church immediately followed by a luncheon in the parish hall.
