Charolette H. Bohse

Charolette H. Bohse, age 66, of New Philadelphia, died Sunday, December 13, 2009, in her home following a period of declining health.A daughter of the late Arthur and Daisy (White) Harker, Charolette was born at Wana, West Virginia on January 9, 1943. Charolette married Frederick H. Bohse on August 28, 1971, and together the couple has two children. For a number of years, Charolette would hold affiliations with Uhrden of Sugarcreek, Associated Grocers, and Express Packaging and would gain experience through a number of office positions held throughout that time.During her spare time, Charolette enjoyed selling Mary Kay Makeup, sewing and keeping her home decorated.Charolette leaves behind a family which includes her husband, Fred; a son, David (Michelle) Bohse of Columbus; a daughter, Liz (Frank) Getz of Louisville and two grandchildren, Drew Neininger and Katie Getz both of Louisville.In addition to her parents, Charolette was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Statler and a brother, Glenn Harker.The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, from 1:00 2:00 PM in the First Presbyterian Church at New Philadelphia. Pastors Doug Patton and Dick Greenwood will lead a memorial service celebrating Charolette’s life in the church sanctuary at 2:00 PM. In keeping with her wishes cremation care will be conducted through Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory.The family requests that memorial contributions in Charolette’s memory be directed to Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 201 W Third Street, Dover, Ohio 44622.
