Charles William Erwin

Charles “Chick” W. Erwin, 59, of Uhrichsville, died peacefully Saturday morning, March 13, 2004 at Beacon Hill Rehabilitation Center.Born in Dover on January 4, 1945, Chick was the first-born son to Hazel L. Huff Erwin and the late Charles O. Erwin. A truck driver by profession, Chick was a member of the Dover Army-Navy Garrison as well as the New Philadelphia VFW Post No. 1445.Chick is survived by his mother, Hazel L. Erwin of Dover; daughter, Jerryca Y. Erwin of Dellroy; brothers, Russ (Cora) Erwin of New Philadelphia and John (Charla) Erwin of Gnadenhutten; sisters, Pam (Fred) Warfield and Patty (Steve) Charles, both of New Philadelphia; niece and care-giver, Julie Prettyman of Uhrichsville; numerous nieces and nephews.The memorial service will be Thursday, March 18, 2004 at 11:00 AM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home chapel with Rev.
