Charles “Chuck” J. Rose and also known as “Chink”, 38, of Uhrichsville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, in Twin City Hospital at Dennison.A son of Beverly Ann (Halsey) Rose and the late Charles Basil Rose, Chuck was born August 3, 1967 at Dennison, OhioChuck was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching football. He was an accomplished boxer in which he attained Golden Glove status.He will be missed dearly by his wife and best friend, Mindy (Haney) Rose, whom he shared over twenty years of marriage with. He is also survived by three children, Charles “Chuck” R. (Charity) Rose of Uhrichsville, Brittany (Joseph) Donehue of Tuscarawas and Kayla Rose of the home; two grandchildren, Makina Donehue and Tyson Ray Douglas Rose; one sister, Robin Nelson of New Philadelphia; brothers, Dave (Dorothy) Dague of Uhrichsville, Ronnie (Lisa) Dague of New Philadelphia and Randy (Kimberly) Rose of Uhrichsville; mother-in-law, Margaret Haney of Uhrichsville and many other extended family members.Chuck was preceded in death by his father, one brother, James Scott “Bow” Rose and his Father-in-law, Bobby Ray Haney.A funeral service celebrating Chuck’s life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia with Pastor Larry Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery at Uhrichsville.
