Charles D. “Chuck” Locker II, 50 of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in his home.A son of Maxine (Murphy) Locker of New Philadelphia and the late Charles D. Locker, Chuck was born December 20, 1956 in Union Hospital at Dover.Chuck attended Tusky Valley High School and was a ten year employee of Dover Cabinet Company at Dover.An avid outdoorsman, Chuck enjoyed fishing, golfing and playing softball and would rarely turn down the opportunity to attend a Cleveland Indians or a Cleveland Browns game. Chuck loved shooting pool and throwing darts with his friends as well as participating in a fantasy football league.In addition to his mother, Chuck is survived by a sister, Linda (John) Frazee of Sherrodsville, a brother Michael of Midvale and his companion Rhonda Menefee of New Philadelphia. Also surviving are two nephews, John (Caroline) Frazee, Jr. and Jamie Frazee; two great nieces, Tori and Jessica; and two great nephews, Drezden and Tyler.In addition to his father, Chuck is preceded in death by his grandparents.Visitation will be held from 10:30 – 11:30 AM, Friday, November 9, 2007 in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A service remembering Chuck’s life will be conducted by Pastor Richard Harvey at 11:30 AM in the funeral home’s chapel.
