Brenda Sue Rings

Brenda Sue Rings, 62, of New Philadelphia, died unexpectedly, Saturday, September 29, 2018 in her residence.

Born at Millersburg on May 19, 1956, Brenda was a daughter of the late William and Geraldine Goss Arnold.

Brenda’s professional career began with the former Knights Inn at Dover and she later became the owner and operator of the former Cardinal Cleaning at Dover.

She is survived by four children, Kourtney (Mike) Thompson of Dover, Ricky Welsch of New Philadelphia, Jason (Virginia) Welsch of Massillon, and Christy Bennett of Dover; her grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Erica, Jerrod, Alexis, and Ayden; two sisters, Elaine Arnold of Owensboro, Kentucky, Helen (Russ) Moore of New Philadelphia; a brother, Paul (Debbie) Arnold of Tuscarawas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father and mother, Brenda was preceded in death by her step-father, Bill Byers.

In keeping with Brenda’s wishes, cremation will take place through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory. A private graveside service is to be held in the Dover Burial Park.
