Bonnie Wright

Bonnie L Wright, 77, a lifelong resident of New Philadelphia died unexpectedly January 10, 2015 in Union Hospital at Dover.

Born in August 23, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William George and Catherine Marie (Cox) Schwartz.

After graduating from New Philadelphia High School, Bonnie married her lifelong companion, Dean E. Wright who preceded her in death on October 3, 2014.

Her professional career began at the former Browns Store. Later she worked as the secretary for the mayor of New Philadelphia. The majority of her career was spent as the secretary of the family’s company, Dean Wright & Sons Locksmith. Most importantly, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Bonnie will be deeply missed by her sons, Douglas E. (Marijane) Wright of Uhrichsville and Brian L. (Jennifer) Wright of Alliance; her grandsons, Benjamin D, Joshua C. Wright, and Tyler Winigman; her brother, Bill (Elaine) Schwartz; her sisters, Becky Schwartz and Linda (Henry) Steinman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Bonnie’s wishes, no public visitation or service will be held. Cremation will be cared for through Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory.
