Arthur Dean Winkler

Arthur D. Winkler, 67, of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at his home.Born in Goshen, Ohio, on October 19, 1937, Arthur was the son of the late Clifford E. and Edna M. (Hoover) Winkler.He was employed at the Blue Drummer Steak House in New Philadelphia before disability forced his early retirement.Arthur is survived by his children, twins Arthur and Tammy Winkler; brothers, Clifford (Shirley) Winkler of Strasburg, O., and John Winkler of Uhrichsville; his sister-in-law, Phyllis Winkler of New Philadelphia; and companion, Shirley Paulus of New Philadelphia.His parents and two brothers, David E., and Paul Winkler, preceded him in death.Private graveside services will be held at Ragersville Cemetery where Elder Glenn Carlisle will officiate. There are no public calling hours or public services.
