Anne E. Hall

Anne E. Hall, age 94, of New Philadelphia, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, March 24, 2012 in Schoenbrunn Health Care Center.

Born at Rayland, Ohio, April 17, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Herbert R. and Clara E. Marchbank Ruckman.

On April 14, 1936, Anne married Edward P. Hall in West Virginia. They observed sixty-four years of marriage prior to his death on July 12, 2000.

A hairdresser for most of her life, Anne enjoyed quilting in her spare time, and was a member of the First Assembly of God.

Survivors include her son, Edward M. (Helen) Hall, of Winchester, TN.

Three grandchildren; Michael Hall, Dennis Hall and Elizabeth Gross, all of Florida, also survive.

A sister, Lois McCue and her husband Ward of Findlay, Ohio, completes the family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Anne is preceded in death by her sisters, Mildred Harris and Jean Woodford and a grandchild, Christine Courtois.

Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held in Tennessee at a later date. Inurnment, alongside her husband, will follow in Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia.
