Anna L. Ricklic

Anna L. Ricklic, 87, of New Philadelphia, died Monday, December 16, 2013 in New Dawn Retirement Community at Dover following a period of declining health.

A daughter of the late Frank and Rosalia (Margnoni) Fondriest, Anna was born in her childhood home at Midvale, Ohio.

Anna graduated from Midvale High School in 1944. She retired from the Timken Company at New Philadelphia and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at New Philadelphia.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ricklic, a brother, Frank Fondriest and four sisters, Edith Zontini, Emma Fondriest, Olga Fondriest and Erma Boggiani.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church at New Philadelphia with Father Jeff Coning celebrating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
