Amber Krebs

Amber Lee Krebs, age 57, of New Philadelphia passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022 in her home after a period of declining health.

Amber was born on May 6, 1965, in Dennison, Ohio to the late Ernest and Mina (Touvell) Emhoff

She loved her family and was a stay-at-home mom while her children were young.  She loved to roller skate and was known as one of the happiest people around.  Friends often asked her how she could be so happy?  When her children were raised, she enjoyed working at Sbarro’s Pizza at New Towne Mall.  Amber also enjoyed attending Dennison Four Square Church.

She is survived by her husband Chuck Krebs, who she married on October 19, 1985, her children, Zane Krebs, Shiloh Krebs, and Shayla (Anthony) Kerns; and sister, Crystal Rogers.

Amber is preceded in death by her parents and brother Arnie Emhoff.

The family will greet guests on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory at New Philadelphia where Pastor Rod Phillips will lead a service celebrating Amber’s life beginning at 6:00 PM.
