Allen W. Kaser, 44, Dover, died peacefully in his sleep, Sunday, August 10, 2003, at Hennis Care Center in Dover, following a 9-month illness.A son of Lyle G. Kaser Sr. and the late Margaret Boles Kaser, he was born in Dennison, on April 22, 1959.Allen was a former employee of Burger King in New Philadelphia and enjoyed working with computers, drawing, and bowling. He was a member of the Sunday Mixed Couples League and the Wednesday Industrial League at Boulevard Lanes.He will be missed by his father and step mother, Karen, of Sugarcreek; two sisters, Kathy (Stephen) Hinkley of Dover and Karen (John) Meek of Sugarcreek; three step-brothers, Jeff Miller of Sugarcreek, Rod (Susan) Miller of Ravenna, Greg (Kari) Miller of Akron; nine nieces and nephews, Christopher, Tammy, and David Hinkley of Dover, John (Shannon) Meek, James, Matthew, and Mark Meek of Sugarcreek, Elizabeth and Lyle G. (Casey) Kaser, III of Uhrichsville; four step-nieces and nephews, Brittany McNutt, Chelsey, Kaitlyn and Chase Miller; girlfriend, Diane Penny and her daughter, Leslie, of Uhrichsville; and his former sister-in-law, Angie (Rod) Cartright, and their children, Torey and Corey, also of Uhrichsville. Allen was preceded in death by his mother, brother, Lyle G. Kaser II, nephew Loren Hinkley, and grandparents, Ervin and Huldah (Kaser) Miller, and Forrest and Nellie Boles.Services will be conducted by Pastor Cameron South on Thursday, August 14, 2003, at 10 AM in the chapel at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia, with burial at Ridgecrest Memory Gardents in Dover. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 210 W. Third Street, Dover, OH 44622.
