Albert G. Klein

Albert G. “Rosie” Klein, 72, of Dover, died Monday, April 6, 2009 in Hennis Care Center at Bolivar following a lengthy illness.A son of Dorothy (Harmon) Clark and the late Albert Klein, Rosie was born March 3, 1937 at Dover, Ohio.Rosie attended Dover High School prior to enlisting with the United States Army. During his time in the service, he was stationed in Germany. Rosie attended Schoenbrunn Moravian Church at New Philadelphia and was retired from Twin City Concrete where he was a truck driver for more than 25 years. He enjoyed many activities, especially playing Dart Ball with his church team. He also enjoyed cooking, traveling and playing cards with friends.He is survived by his Mother, Dorothy Clark, a sister, Joyce Gossard of Elgin, South Carolina; a brother, Kenneth (Donita) Klein of New Philadelphia and a special friend, Hal Rosenberry of Dover. Completing the family are two nieces and many aunts, uncles and cousins.Rosie’s family will receive friends on Friday, April 10, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover. In keeping with his wishes, services will be private and cremation will follow.
