Acaia Jude Lambes

Acaia Jude Lambes, 9, of New Philadelphia, gained her Angel wings on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at University Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.

Born in Dover, Ohio on May 26, 2013, she was a daughter of Christina Lambes.

She was an active 4^th grader at West Elementary School in New Philadelphia.  Acaia loved playing Legos with her sister and watching Disney movies; her favorite was “Aladdin”.  She also enjoyed singing and even when playing with dolls, formed them into a musical.  But her greatest gift was sharing hugs with her family.

Acaia is survived by her mom; her sisters, Anriella Bailey and soon to be born, Aniera Lambes; grandparents, Karen McClain and Jim Lambes; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Linn-Hert- Geib Funeral Home and Crematory at New Philadelphia.   Pastor Larry Sams will officiate her Celebration of Life at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

In keeping with Acaia’s generous heart, the family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be directed in Acaia’s name to University Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, PO Box 94554 Cleveland, Ohio 44101-4554.
