Larry “Gary” Domer

Larry “Gary” Domer, 63, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in his home at New Philadelphia after a period of declining health.

A son of the Nona Mildred (Levengood) and the late Atlee Wayne Domer, Gary was born August 7, 1953 in Union Hospital at Dover.

His biggest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Gary loved watching The Ohio State’s football games in his “man cave.” He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially his favorite driver Kyle Busch and listening to Joey and Rory.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion of over 40 years, Lucille Domer; two children, Lesley Domer and Logan (Christal Foley) Domer; three grandchildren, Brynn Burdette, Hailey Domer and Louella Domer; three siblings, Cindy Domer, Jeff Domer and Arlene (Charles) Mullet as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his grandparents, a niece, a nephew, and several aunts and uncles.

In keeping with the Gary’s wishes there will be no public calling hours or services.  A private burial will take place at a later date in Halifax Cemetery at Fresno Ohio.  Cremation care will be handled through the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home &Crematory.
